Job Purpose:

Drive team performance, and achieve shared goals

Reports to:

Production Manager/Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure smooth running of department

• Monitor and manage production output or performance to achieve desired results

• Training personnel

• Promoting teamwork

• Follow all hygiene and safety procedures

• Offer ideas and new initiatives

• Maintain high standards

• Liaise with Production Manager on any issues identified

• Ensure PPE is worn correctly and maintained

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Similar experience is desired
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Understanding of health & safety processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role
  • Taking initiative and anticipating needs or challenges before they arise
  • Ability to guide, motivate, and inspire others
