Job Purpose:

Support the business in achieving its daily targets

Reports to:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team on a production line to cut, trim, and pack a number of pork products from pork carcasses
  • Maintain good housekeeping/food safety standards
  • Be willing to follow work instructions
  • Be competent and be able to complete tasks in a safe manner
  • Demonstrate an ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures
  • Have the ability to demonstrate knife skills. However, this is not essential
  • Be a team player
  • Ensure all products are produced and packed to company/customer specification
  • Inform supervisor of any maintenance issues identified
  • Receive full training

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland
