Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure smooth running of department
  • Monitor and manage production output or performance to achieve desired results
  • Training personnel
  • Promoting teamwork
  • Follow all hygiene and safety procedures
  • Offer ideas and new initiatives
  • Maintain high standards
  • Liaise with Production Manager on any issues identified
  • Ensure PPE is worn correctly and maintained

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Similar experience is desired
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Understanding of health & safety processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role

Shift: Evening, Low Risk. Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
