Provide administrative support across all areas of Supply Chain
• Entry of transport jobs on supplier portal
• Entry and provision of purchase orders for all transport jobs
• Monitoring of third-party storage and product movements with provision of purchase orders
as required
• Support with monitoring of stock levels and movements of returnable materials, plastic
trays, plastic pallets and palletainers. Logging on relevant portals
• P2D entries, linking batches with orders
• Support with monitoring of third-party label and pot inventory and update associated files
• Data entry on customs systems, as necessary
• Oversee the day-to-day inbound logistics operations and champion import documentation in
support of Inbound Supply Manager
• Support in chasing inbound supply requirements with vendors
• Working in an office environment with experience of following procedures, data input,
retrieval, and documentation control
• Confident with Microsoft suite especially excel. Confidence in pivot tables and data
manipulation
• Previously experience in an administration role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
