Job Purpose:

Planning production of all materials for production and Sale in IDF, planning of all materials into IDF to meet production Plan

Reports to:

Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

Review customer demands and plan production to meet customer expectations
Optimise plan to maximise efficiency of the production lines
Ensure materials are available to meet production plan
Review forecasts and ensure capacity is available to meet demand
Ordering of materials to meet plan
Liaise with production Teams to adapt the plan
Maintain weekly/monthly KPIs
Ensure FIFO and stock rotation
Work with other departments to meet the demands of the business
Continuous improvement
Introduction of New artwork designs and revisions of existing packaging

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a Supply Chain position
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Operations and Management
Knowledge of WMS, Warehouse software packages (Insight) and MS Excel Word
Leadership and People Management skills
Excellent organisational skills
