Support the Production Supervisor / business in achieving its daily targets, yields and efficiencies

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Meeting daily production targets on output, waste, yield, efficiency, start-up time by working as part of a team to deliver. To take responsibility as part of the production team in achieving daily targets, yields, waste and efficiencies as per weekly plan
Accurately recording of all production / management data on the relevant sheets provided at set time frequencies (such as downtime, waste, process sheets, non-conformances, on hold logs)
Control and responsibility of all items within the area such as production tools, probes, machine parts in line with metal procedures and other such foreign matter procedures in place. Replacing when required and reporting of items if misplaced
Ensure adherence to CCP points and that they are kept under control at all times
Energy conservation / management
Waste segregation / management
Maintaining the work area and machines in a tidy / safe / hygienic manner
Operating off all equipment in accordance with training provided and approved SOP
Follow all hygiene and safety procedures
Offer suggestions / new initiatives to a changing / developing process
Working within the Quality standards as set out by the business
Ensuring all product is produced and packed to company / customer specification and on the ‘get it right first time’ motto
Liaise with Production Supervisor on any maintenance issues identified
Communication with other members of staff to ensure continuous supply of materials to the production line to ensure uninterrupted stoppages to the process
Flexibility to ensure all orders are met especially when a breakdown occurs on the line

Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
