Training process for the operation of the Evaporation system and ancillary equipment
Reports to:
Evaporator Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Training of the operation and adjustment of the Evaporation and supply equipment
Training to maintain operations data such as time, production units and Quality information
Training to plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production
Report to the technical team any non-conformances and action taken
Report any machine problems to the Engineering Dept.
Training in monitoring of productivity and performance of the Packing department meeting all relevant KPI’s
Ensuring that the highest levels of quality and workmanship are maintained and all required training needs for the function are met
Maintain a clean and tidy working area
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Experience in understanding and using computerized controls preferred
Understanding of pumps and control valves preferred
Experience with chemicals and hot liquid handling preferred
Experience in CIP of food production equipment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential
Ability to multi-task is essential
Clear demonstration of an ability to provide guidance and motivation to others is required

Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
