Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing and verifying invoices (sorting , 3 way matching, coding etc)
Process purchase invoices on a daily basis for all suppliers
Process customer receipts on a daily basis
Dealing with supplier and customer queries
Dealing with incoming post for AP & AR department
Scanning and filing documentation
Assist the AP/AR team with month end closure
Ad hoc duties as they arise
Generate and send customer invoices
Collect and allocate payments
Resolve any payment discrepancies
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
AP & AR experience preferred but not required
Experience in dealing with escalated queries an advantage
A high degree of computer literacy, knowledge of standard Microsoft packages desired
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Approachable, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable
Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and proven ability to handle multiple
tasks / priorities and to support the team to manage their priorities and tasks
Effective time management skills with an ability to work on own initiative
Good interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland
